Natural ventilation and air conditioning system for a technological hall exothermic


The building is existing.
To maintain required environmental comditiilor t I = 22 º C ± 3 º C, 40% < γ  < 65% in summer mode, there were these two solutions:
1. Ventilation penetrations will practice in a common wall with the hall (900 x 400mm) and another penetration in a common wall with a storage room where there is a strong material leaking natural air current (400 x 300.mm) .
Is necessary technological exothermic room airflow of 2500 CFM (4250m3 / h).
This can be provided by the airflow created by air movement through two penetrations.
On both sides of the penetrations will install two transfer grilles.
Adjusting these air transfer grilles are made during regulation aeraulic ventilation system.

2. Conditioning will be achieved by installation of two air conditioning:
-          . one in operation and one in reserve                                                                                
-          Air conditioning will be of type EXE AERMEC / CXE360H and must be installed according to installation and maintenance manual
-          Drainage pipes plastic pipe will be insulated and have a minimum slope of 2 ‰ from the apparatus to outside the building.
-          Coolant pipework and drainage are considered ‘field routed’
-          The wall will be installed exterior.al hall outside of these two devices air.
-          The devices will be installed at a height of 1.80 m media.
-          Both pads and interior equipment supports external devices are made up of sections, threaded rods, nuts M10, M10 washers, screws M6, M6 washer, nut M6, clamps, pipes insulated coolant Ǿ ¼ &quot;plastic pipe PPR
 -      Ǿ25mm, blackboard TN II M 0.3 x 350, OL 34

This air conditioner is caught by vertical steel beams threaded rods.
The device has four metal rings on the sides (two by two on each side) through which threaded rods
At the top of the rings will be installed in order to ring. Ǿ10P up metal washer, washer Ǿ10Dia, nut M10; ZN5.
n the bottom of the rings will be installed in order from metal rings down Ǿ10P washer, washer Ǿ10Dia, nut M10; ZN5.
Above the metal beam will mount up Ǿ10Dia washer, nut M10.
NOTE: rods were calculated in terms of strength in an earthquake by specialists in building knowing that within a device weighs G = 75 Kg.
