VERIFICATION, CONTROL, FUNCTIONS AND RECEPTION UP INSTALLATION HYDROPHORE


1, Verification of equipment installed in hydrophore  station
Checking container consists of pumping its welds and visual control of a hydraulic pressure test conducted in the presence of control bodies.
After pumping plant has been completely assembled and equipped, and after execite needles to pressure test, go to check and adjust machines to be to ensure the normal functioning of the installation:
Tightness of the check valve and safety valve controls the movement of the arm counterweight  respectively.
Check the technical condition of pump and compressor and remove the causes of any vibrations during operation.
Control fuses on the switchboard and prove if the electric motor rotation is indicated by the arrow on the pump body.
After verification is going to set the equipment and commissioning of the plant .
2. Adjusting pressure machine, air cushion creation and operation of the pumping plant
Commissioning of the pumping plant in the sampling and reception is performed in following steps:
Creates the initial pressure inside the container Hi, indicated in early surgery proiect hydrophore  is empty.
Access valves are closed water circuit.
Valve circuit is open air.
Put into operation until the compressor pressure gauge indicates desired 4mH2O ie with less than Hp pump start pressure.

- To drink water in the system until the pressure gauge shows Hp (starting pressure) indicated in proiect.Se close the valve on the water circuit and the machine adjusts the pressure to produce commissioning of the power unit for this pressure value.
Check the functioning of the automated installation, putting into operation of calculating flow valves that consume the plant and check for several hours pumping system and the number of start time, that the pump stops.
The glass level is a sign to start the water at a pressure of Hp, respectively Ho. The same  pressure off values ​​are marked with red paint on the dial gauge.

 3.Adjustment safety valve
Safety valve is to limit the pressure in tank pumping and distribution facility.
If the safety valve is calibrated and there are gradations in the right arm valve which indicated diversion pressure triggering device, aces adjustable counterweight putting pressure on the right corresponding to gradation that should be triggered.              
Then check the operation of the device from leaving the pump and increase pressure in the container to the value of declansare.Adjustment safety valve is made as follows:
Moving the lever counterweight to the end, and starts the pump and is aimed at increasing pressure gauge in the container.
When the critical pressure is higher than 5 meters H2O maximum pressure H0, counterweight on the lever moves toward the axis of rotation, the resultant forces applied to the valve until it raises: the moment the container is placed in contact with the atmosphere through outlet .

After adjusting the safety valve several times to verify operation of the pressure which was reglat.Because  pressure vessel is the same in both space and water in rooms with air safety valve can be mounted anywhere.
Installation of the air space has the disadvantage that the trigger device is lost air in the container, whose completion takes more time, during which the plant is decommissioned.                                                                                       
Installation of safety valve for water space has constant contact between water inconvenience and fixture, which can cause oxidation and stiffness.
Therefore it is recommended to mount the safety valve of the air space vessels pumping.

4.Recepton pumping plant( hydrophore )
After installing and connecting pumping vessel is efecteaza reception facility by a committee which includes the beneficiary ISCIR Delegate (delegate for metrological verification of the installations) and the representative of the performer.
The beneficiary may request the opportunity of running a trial installation of water pumping and distribution.
