aquaClean system

aquaClean system represents a complete system ,used for precleaning and clearing seedy domestic waters,when the end user does not have sewage centralized system.This system is made according to quality standards for seedy waters overflowing in the environment .The special design and resistance offer maximum protection for the environment and human health.
Efficiency studies demonstrate the perfect effluent quality offered by aquaclean system. This effluent can be overflowed in penetrable ground, according to a rational and efficient usage.
aquaClean uses two steps clearing system to the ones  used for city cleaning stations.
  • Hay zymosis with small air bubbles injection  ( CAP - continuous aeration process )
  • Active sediment recirculation followed by decantation process ( SBR - sequential batch reactor )
aquaClean fat separators are the perfect solution for seedy waters clearing,before the evacuation in the sawage system and/or in the clearing stations.Through a special process of separating oils,fat substances and sediments from the seedy water ,these products are according to international quality standards

AquaClean - hydrocarbon separators
Oil separators are used in gas station,service shops,car washes,industrial garages,refineries,discharge -charge oil products docks and different areas infected with oil waters.
Prefabricated hydrocarbon separators,made of polyethylene,esed for underground solutions,with flows between 3 and 15litres  per second and sediment collectors.

aquaClean CAP 4
CAP : continuous aeration process
aquaClean CAP 4 represents a station used for precleaning and clearing seedy domestic waters from a maximum 4 end users with a 600 litres medium daily water consumption ( 150 litres per day for each person ) These products can collect seedy domestic waters from 8 end users,on a short period of time.The cleared waters are according to NTPA 011/2002 standards,certificated and modified  through HG 188/2002.

aquaClean SBR 53 Gastro
aquaClean SBR 53 Gastro represents a serial mobile clearing station with different capacities,used for precleaning and clearing seedy domestic does not have sewage centralized system.The maximum cleaned water volume is 55m3 in 7 days and the influent CBO,value should be 4 kg per day.The cleared water characteristics are according to NTPA 001/2002 NTA 011/2002  requirements. :

Which allows for cleared waters to be evacuated in surface waters                                         ( rivers,lakes,the Danube )

aquaClean SBR 53 Classic Z
aquaClean SBR 53 Classic Z represents a serial mobile clearing station with different capacities,used capacities,used for precleaning and clearing seedy domestic waters from 16 to 53 end users that does not have sewage centralized system.
aquaClean SBR 53 Classic Z is a permanent solution for clearing seedy domestic waters from :

  • Multiple family houses,residential or building areas.
  • Hotels,motels,parking areas with low  human traffic
  • Publc areas ( offices )
The maximum cleaned water volume it  must be according to the interval  between  2.4 and 8 m3 per  day  the influent CBO5,value should follow the interval between  0.96 and 3.18 kg per day.The cleared water characteristics are according to NTPA 001/2002 NTA 011/2002  requirements. :
