TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM INSTALLATIONS ELECTRICAL

PROJECT TITLE                  : HOUSING SERVICE

BENEFICIAR                        : BENEFICIARY

Category of work                  : ELECTRICAL LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL OUTLET

Phase  : DTAC

1. GENERAL
This paper refers to the electrical lighting and outlets in the home service in the village ....
Adopting technical solution is based on quantitative and qualitative aspects of light environment comfortable, functional and aesthetic, depending on the destination target.

Note: All documentation is considered to be the last edition in force until the preparation of documentation
3. TECHNICAL SOLUTION
To achieve increased comfort conditions in the housing service has been provided an electrical installation of lighting and sockets that takes into account the type of activity, pregnancy correct visual playback, creating a warm and attractive.
Lighting is done either with incandescent lighting source or with compact fluorescent sources.
For functional areas of the home will use tubular fluorescent lamps for general lighting, with 1 or 2 depending on the destination premises tubes, and local sources for miniature lighting. Lighting is controlled by switches and switches mounted on the wall at 1.5m from the floor .. Fixtures from toilets will have insulation class II IP23 degree of protection.
All fixtures will be connected to the neutral bar of protection through a separate conductor. all rooms have been provided with contact plugs 16A single phase protection for general use.
Lighting circuits and outlets will be made in 1.5mm2 and 2.5mm2 conductor of Fy, type IPEY protected tubes. Protection tubes are mounted render walls or ceiling.
For power supply to normal lighting has been provided outlets for lighting distribution panel and plugs TL.
Distribution switchboard breakers TL is equipped with small thermal and electromagnetic protection for circuit breakers with low light and with electromagnetic and thermal protection and fault current protection to circuits prize.Instalatia will be ST (below plaster)
Copper conductors are type Fy and will be installed in protective tubes IPEY and connections will be made in doses render.

4. Installation Instructions
4.1Mounting Requirements
 I will comply with normative 7-2002, Standard for the design and implementation of electrical installations with voltage up to 1000 V and 1500 V DC, mounting and specific contractor requirements.

4.2 Required evidence
Samples and wiring will take place in two stages:
- preliminary verification that is done during execution, before commissioning the plant.
- final verification, which will be after the commissioning wiring.

The preliminary check will be executed:
- continuity check before installation of electrical conductors (in coils);
- continuity check before installation electrical protective pipe routes;

The final check will be executed the following:
- visual check;
- insulation resistance testing;
- voltage measurements;
- functional evidence.

5. SAFETY MEASURES

For the period of installation and operation, now mounting that the beneficiary is responsible for drawing up detailed instructions for working safety.
In drawing up the project have been complied with work safety and fire technique, described below.
Protection against direct interference :
  • Compliance with safety and working distances
  • The use of individual protection of labor exploitation and maintenance works
  • Protection against indirect interference in housing and other support elements, including shelves and metal cables and fittings shells of reinforced concrete buildings:
  • Earthing
  • Linking to zero
  • Directing potential
  • Potential equalization
  • Isolation protection.
